  • The headline (and attorney's statement) is completely misleading. If he was part of a large group showering at say, a public pool or Y, during regular hours maybe I'd agree.

  • Russ and others who claim that no victims have come forward: You ignore the fact that the indictment includes victims statements. It must have been really difficult for these kids to testify during the grand jury hearing; they don't have to testify on Costas or the Today Show as well.

  • Rick, The analogy of a public pool or Y doesn't work: Sandusky chose to shower alone, after hours, in a deserted area with a 10 year old boy. No comparison.
